DARE The First Big Idea
DARE is the first big idea from CYPHYX. It stands for Dynamic and Random Encryption and it change the way you look at using encryption to protect data. It removes the burdens typically associated with encryption and the protection of data and makes the process automatic and transparent, ensuring the data remains protected and secure. It allows this protection to scale, putting protection into areas it has been desperately needed.
CYPHYX technology creates advantages that other products just do not have and cannot without major changes. This is what drives CYPHYX products to be solutions to problems and needs that have gone unfilled for too long.
The CYPHYX Model
Products that are able to be configured securely online, that operate with little to no required user involvement, and are easy to use in that they do not require a steep learning curve to understand their function. Highly secure and solid in their construction to ensure fail-safe operation that is recoverable no matter the events that occur.
For really secure communications, you then need to share a new key each time you want to communicate information that is supposed to be secret. The use of a new key each time is considered to be equivalent to using what cryptographers call a one-time pad. A one-time pad harkens back to the days when an actual encryption key was distributed on paper and a unique sheet of paper was used each time. Because each key is used only once, cracking such encryption is difficult.Wayne Rash, eWeek article, "Why Quantum-Resistant Encryption Needs Quantum Key Distribution for Real Security"
